Welcome to Carolina P.A.W.S. (Pet Adoption & Welfare Society). We are a network of concerned Carolinians devoted to helping abandoned and abused animals find loving homes. Please take a look at our available pets. You might just find the perfect new addition to your family!

If you care about animals but you're not looking to adopt right now, you can still make a difference by fostering a homeless cat or dog, or helping out at community events. Find out how you can help by visiting the above link.

Come see us at the PETSMART in Blakeney every Saturday from 11am-2pm!

Annie is Terrier mix who was born around September 2012. She was surrendered to the rescue after her family could no longer keep her due to allergies. She currently weighs 26lbs and will probably be 30lbs full grown. She has an under-bite that will melt your heart and happily wags her tail every time any member of her foster family walks by. Annie is very calm for her age, loves attention but doesn't demand it. Annie is content to sit and snuggle, or go for walks and play with her foster siblings. Her foster mom says she is a quick learner and eager to please. She is doing well with house and crate training. She would do best in a home with children over the age of 10-years-old. Annie would make a wonderful companion and family dog.
She is fully vaccinated, spayed, micro chipped and up to date on flea and tick through PetMeds. If you are interested in giving Annie her forever home, please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it us today!

Meet Faith a super affectionate, beautiful year old Tabby/Calico mix. Faith was pulled from a local shelter where the staff lovingly nick-named her "The Muffin Maker". She purrs the instant you touch her and enjoys being held. She is an easy going cat whose only concern is to find a family to call her own. Faith now lives in a foster home with other cats, dogs and children and does great with all. Her adoption donation includes her current vaccines and spay. Please consider making Faith your feline companion and This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it us today!
